There is basis for fetal cells using in osteoarthrosis treatment. Mrpohological researches in the experiment of the articular cartilage after the intraarticular ifection of fetal cell have shown the stimulation of the reparative processes in chjndrocytes. The clinical mark of the patient treatment effectiveness in the first clinicall group (37patient, the test group) pionts the improvement of the complex conservative therapy. For the complex treatment in the secjnd clinical group. (27 parient) the transplantation of the cryopreservation suspensia of embryonic mesenchymel cells with the help of intraarticular ifection was used. In the third clinical group (30 patients) ofr the complex with the pharmacological correction we used the intraarticular introduction of the cryopreservation suspensia of the embryonic hemopoietic cell, that led to the improvement of the clinical indices with the lastig temission of the disease. Biochemscal changes, which the patiets wit osteoarthosis have, as we defined after the treatment,confirm the high expediency of the suggested schemes of the treatment. On the frounds of clinical and experimental researches, adequate schemes of the patients with osteoarthosis treament have been worked out.
