The dissertation represents results clinical, tool methods of inspections of 90 patients with the closed of a brachial plexus received in a combination to a craniocerebral trauma. Pathogenesis and clinical-neurological features of the closed traumatic damages of a brachial plexus received in a combination to a craniocerebral trauma are determined.It is shown the specified type of the combination trauma meets in 25,8% of cases of all traumas of a brachial plexus. Primary the factor in 93,3% road and transport incidents, from which 58,8% of traumas received are main at falling from a motorcycle.On the basis of the carried out detailed analysis the established principles of the complex diagnostics, the developed table of differential diagnostics monopares the top finiteness at patients with combination injuries of a brachial plexus, the algorithm of realization of diagnostic and medical actions by the victim with the injuries of a brachial plexus received in a combination to a craniocerebral trauma is fulfilled.
