It is proposed complex model of computer systems users' behaviour that is based on neural network approach and consists of the following components: interactive model, session model, and module of trends analysis. It was carried out structural and parametric identification of complex model. It was developed a generative model of users' behaviour that provides representative data sets for model identification and verification. It was developed intelligent multi-agent system for providing monitoring and complex analysis of users' activity.
