Basic laws of the structure formation and properties of polymeric composite materials under action of revolved magnetic field are studied. The purpose of work is an establishment of the general laws of formation of structure of polymeric composite materials in magnetic fields, search of interrelation of structural features with electrophysical, thermophysical, mechanical characteristics of the developed composites. Methods of electronic microscopy and X-ray difraction analysis and others reveal presence of changes in materials on different levels of the structure organization. The results of the investigations can be used in solid state physics and machine building.
