Tretyak O. Modelling of management of the performance quality of operative dispatcher service staff in energetic field

The object of research is the processes of personnel management. The aim is working out the management mechanism of performance quality of operative dispatcher service (ODS) staff on the basis of economic and mathematic models and methods. The methods of research include the complex of scientific, economic and statistical, mathematic methods. The results are the following: there have been worked out the economic and mathematic models of the planning the number of ODS staff in the condition of unequal load variations and motivation model of performance quality of the staff at the energetic enterprise, management mechanism of performance quality of operative dispatcher service (ODS) staff at the energetic field is constructed. The elaborated models and methods were implemented in the activity of administration A.E.C. "Kyivoblenergo", A.E.C. "Dniprooblenergo", A.E.C. "Pridniprovsk certificating center of tensile strength and technical diagnostic". The field is management of staff, energetic field.
