Essay

The thesis deal with the study of the kinetics and mechanism of the electroreduction of copper (II), tin (II) and tin (IV) on their separate deposition and codeposition from citrate electrolyte. Complex formation in the systems copper (II) - citrate and tin (II) - citrate under equilibrium and current from conditions has been studied. The effect of electrolysis parameters on the quantitative composition and quality of the deposited coating has been determined.
