The dissertation is devoted to improvement of the cast from iron-carbon alloys, produced by moulding on sucelted models, quality due to development and introduction of new forms materials and methods of forms manufacturing management. The new forming materials for steel casts are offered, investigated and tested and their efficiency is shown. The industrial tests of new technological decisions are lead and the estimation of their efficiency is executed. The new designs monolayer environment forms are offered, investigated and tested. Internal characteristics of SMM process are studied: sedimentation stability of suspensions; environment forms properties during harden; environment forms durability; a corner of environment forms wetting by iron-carbon alloys. Characteristics of external influence on process are studied: structure of forming mixes; vibrations; overhighfrequency electric field. The automatical control system of moulding on sucelted models process is developed and introduced
