Essay

As a result of research of features of design of economic processes the method of design of economic dynamics in a variable environment, which enables to carry out the arbitrary nonlinear reflection of the real processes and describe the moments of change of properties of the system, is offered, removing the problem of attachment of models to the time factor. In dissertation the reasons of existence of two opposite theories are explored in relation to possibility of forming of optimal capital structure of firm; groundlessness of existence of theory in relation to absence of optimal capital structure of firm are argued; the generalized method of forming of optimum capital structure is developed. The method of calculation of risk of investment project is developed. The method of diversification of brief-case of the real investment projects is offered.
