The object of the study are models given in problem of spectral analysis; the purpose of the study - increasing of accuracy of spectral estimation of a power density and harmonic decomposition on base of invariant to data dynamic models; the methods of the study and equipment - analytical, experimental on the method of statistical test; theoretical and practical results - are designed new and are advanced known methods of spectral analysis, which allow to reduce influence of a noise on parameters, which are estimated; the degree of the introduction - in scope of the field; the sphere (the field) of use - telecommunication systems.
