Manko O. Designing of VHF generators and filters using dielectric resonators

Subject of research are UHF Gunn oscillators with electronic tuning of frequency, filters with dielectric traveling wave resonators and protective devices of input circuits of UHF receivers. The purpose of research is the creation of new constructions of radiotechnical UHF devices with use of Gunn diodes and dielectric resonators that have promoted parameters. Methods of research are the methods of the theory of randomly processes, theory of linear electric circuits and technical electrodynamics, and also experimental methods. In research the UHF equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, frequency meters, meters of attenuation were applied. The new constructions of Gunn oscillators with electronic tuning of frequency and dielectric traveling wave resonators filters with the improved parameters are developed. In these constructions the improvement of parameters is reached at the expense of application new constructive, circuit and methodical decisions. The designed devices are offered to be used in the UHF equipment.
