Essay

Dissertation is devoted to morphologic diagnostics of changes in eye tissues with lung tuberculosis patients at the period of tuberculosis epidemic in Ukraine. The complex of diagnostics methods: general microscopic, selective histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, crystallography were used. This gave the possibility to determine changes of eye tissues as a morphological base of choroiditis and choroid-retinitis. Pathological changes in the retinal glia depend for the age reactivity. We can transfer this data for the human organism. Tuberculosis choroiditis grows progressively worse with patient's age and pass to the chronic uveal glaucoma. This process results in visual lost.
