Essay

For the first time the theoretical diffraction model has been developed with taking into account dynamical effects both of coherent and diffuse scattering in heterogeneous epitaxial and ion implanted crystal structures. It has allowed first to carry out full adequate quantitative level-by-level characterization with obtaining of the new information about characteristics of defects and defining of other parameters of pointed heterostructures.
