Objects of investigations:dissimilar associates of rhodamines, oxyxant- enes and indopolycarbocyanines dyes. The aim of investigations to determine factors, which influence on the interactin of xantenes dyes with counterions and formaion of dissimilar associatins. Using their phisicochemical properties to show the possibility of using in the quantitive chemical analysis. Methods: spectrophotometrics. The thermodynamic constants of associations and the stochiometric relationships of cooperations have been determined. Statis- ical divergences of values of constants of association of related dyes speci- y the important contribution of non-coulomb interactions to the process. The stability of associates satisfactory correlates with the enthalpy of hidration. Application of the counterions structural parameters for prediction of an association’s capability of xanthenes with large organic ions has been discussed. The destructing action of ionogeneous surfactants on associates is considered. Degree of application: the properties of associates are trusted to in the basic of a designed way of quantitative determination of the anionic surfactants (alkilsulfates) in aqueous solutions. The new method reduces of the detection limit (6,5·10-6mоl/l) and determines of alkylsulfates in the wide range of pH (4,5-9,5).
