Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of electromagnetic compatibility and power quality in ship electric power systems with powerful semiconductor converters. The ways of improvement of methods and means for high frequency electromagnetic interferences suppression are proved. The methods of electromagnetic processes investigation taking in to account high frequency switching oscillations and system filters calculation for electric power systems are developed considering parasitic parameters of electrical network. The methods of hybrid power filter calculation and its active unit control are investigated.Adequacy of theoretical states achieved in dissertation is confirmed by the results of numerical and physical modeling.
