Essay

The object: oncogenesis on the preliminary fractionated low doses irradiation action. The aim: to find out the intensity of nuclear DNA synthesis and degradation processes in Huerin's carcinoma and liver on different stages of oncogenesis in rats under condition of preliminary fractionated low doses irradiation. Methods: biochemical, physical and chemical, biophysical, statistical. The practical importance: the obtained data permit to establish biochemicaly the intensification of oncogenesis in irradiated organism and concretize methodological approaches for an adequate estimation of far effects of low doses irradiation on the nuclear DNA stability level.
