Essay

Object - rats and rabbits under the conditions of artificial hibernation, blood, liver. Purpose - research of indexes of energy exchange in blood and liver of warm-blooded animals (rats and rabbits) under the conditions of artificial hibernation. Methods - colorimetric, spectrophotometric, immunoenzyme, chromatographic. Novelty - for the first time it was obtained researche results of indexes of energy exchange under the conditions of artificial hibernation (defined ratio between concentrations of carbonic acid and of oxygen at the low temperature of environment) in warm-blooded animals according to the classic model of rats and a new model of rabbits. Results of researches - can be used in practice scientific process and research work. Branch - biology.
