Sorochan M. Instrumental means of preproject analysis and early stages of designing

Thesis deals with the solution of the challenging problem of increasing an effectiveness of designer work on the early stages of design during complex technical systems development. Solution lies in the development of the methods for a design solutions reuse in the computer aided design systems. The main idea is in the solution of the description and search problem for the project solutions knowledge base. To describe a solution a situation representing approach is offered which depicts the state of system's objects and environment. The situation representing language was developed to describe a situation. To compare situations the similarity measure was developed which is based on the similarity coefficients with an absent part value added
