Glushchenko L. Ecological, cenotic and resource characteristic of the species of genus Thymus L. at the territory of Left-bank Forest-Steppe

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of ecological, cenotic, morphological, resource and phytochemical features of the species of genus Thymus L. in the conditions of Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Key parameters of the cenopopulations, species reproductive biology features, population structure features, main exogenous factors affecting on the bioproduction forming and crop quality where determined as a result of ecological and cenotic analysis of the six resource important species of genus. Calculation table for crop productivity estimation of the four species of genus by the stock density coefficient was composed. Commercial stocks of the species of genus Thymus L. at the territory of Left-bank Forest-Steppe were discovered and estimated. Features of the essential oils accumulation were determined. Regimes of the rational use of the natural cenopopulations of the three species of genus Thymus L. were experimentally determined. Perspective of use of the research objects in the landscapearchitecture was estimated.
