Essay

The scientific work based on a new treatment approach at patients with early stages of gonarthritis, which based on pathogenesis complex stages using an arthroscopic debridment, chondroprotectors and vascular drugs. Heterogeneity of changes in bone tissues is proved at osteoarthritis which is shown by different degrees of decrease in mineral density of bone tissues. The new data of quantitative changes of bone and chondral tissues metabolism markers are received at gonarthritis. The comparison between results of clinical, reovasografy, sonography and arthroscopic researches and markers (Agrikan) of chondral matrix degradation has allowed revealing interrelation and improving the prognosis criteria of osteoarthritis. The changes of interleikin-1? blood concentration are determined the role of inflammatory component in pathogenesis of osteoarthritis. The quality of life at patients with gonarthritis after complex treatment has shown its authentic improvement and testifies to efficiency of the suggested method
