The object is radar clutter fields and the maps of object visibility fro centimeter and millimeter wave; the methods are statistical analyzing of experimental data, relief restoration, object recognizing; The new space-time model of signal dispersion introduced for first time; new method of classification of multispectral image has been developed; ways of modernizing models for land clutter signal have been suggested; results- the technique of radar clutter map elaboration for land backscattering is proposed taking into consideration the terrain relief and vegetation. Suggested work methods have been realized in view software; field is science research.
