Modern Ukrainian child's spoken language as a phenomenon not only creatively rich but as a phenomenon dissimilar and not synonymous is regarded in the dissertation. The problems of determining the genesis as a "serious" genres and its structural peculiarities just as parody functioning forms of a child's folk-lore, textographik riddles, "magic" charms, rhymes are solved by means of determining the matter, the size and the limits of conceptions "child's folk-lore" "modern child's folk-lore", by analyzing the narrative text. The dissertation studies the formation's logic and mechanism of modern child's folk-lore which is regarded as a syncretic kind of spiritual culture, the creative power of which is in child's restless, uneasiness, fear, play and humor where the artistic orientations and genre's preferences if the children of different ages reflect the complicated process of socialization and creative self-perfection of a child.The significant condition of a reseach is a methologicaly new basis of a specificity of modern child's folk-lore, which is shown by semantic, structural, functional levels.
