Essay

Object of research: NADH-dependent monooxygenase animals liver system under the influence of an ionizing radiation and alimentary factors. The purpose: studying of functioning regularity of NADH dependent monooxygenase system of animals liver microsomes under the influence of an ionizing radiation and alimentary factors. Methods of research: spectrophotometric, fluorimetric. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: For the first time it is shown, that the most irradiation-sensitive component is the NADH-dependent yellow flavoproteide. It was found, that irradiation of the animals receiving diet leads to the most expressed increase of intensity of POL processes. It is shown, that the exposure of the animals receiving unbalanced diet leads to the more expressive modification of the contents and activity of components of NADH-dependent electron-transporting circuits of microsomes. In the experiments in vitro it was found that the most irradiation-sensitive is the NADH-dependent yellow flavoproteide. This result demonstrates good accordance with the result obtained in conditions in vivo. Results of the carried out researches deepen and expand modern comprehension of the molecular mechanism of the ionizing radiation influence on the structural and functional properties of enzymes and can become the basis for the development of the scientifically-grounded schemes of biomembranes protection from the radiation damage. A field of application: biological chemistry, biophysics.
