Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation controllability problem for the nonlinear system under uncertainty. In the work sufficient conditions of controllability for the smooth nonlinear system with disturbance are obtained. Admissible control and uncertain parameterizes are measurable functions, which satisfy geometric or integral or double restrictions. The algebraic sufficient condition of controllability for the smooth nonlinear system with disturbance on the smooth manifold is proved when the associate algebra Lee is nilpotent.
