The key components of interferon-dependent 2',5'-oligoadenylate cascade in rat lymphoid cells under the irradiation in 0,25; 0,5; 0,75 and 1,0 Gy doses and participation of cyclic nucleotides and calcium ions in regulation of given cascade were investigated. Influence of interferon inducers and biologically active substance squalene upon the investigated indexes was studied under their use in vitro and in vivo for the purpose of radiation consequences correction.
