It was the studied signal transduction pathway from histamine Н2-receptors of parietal cells and stomach mucosal Н3-receptors in rat gastric mucosal parietal cells under experimental stomach ulcer formation. Н3-receptor activation, as against Н2-receptor, results decrease of activity Н+,K+-АТPase in plasma membranes above-stated cells.
