Yarosh O. Institutional maintenance of effective functioning of oil and gas extraction complex of the Crimea

The dissertation is dedicated to application of methodology-theoretical bases of institutional theory by development of practical recommendations on increase of efficiency of functioning of an oil and gas extraction complex of Autonomous republic of the Crimea. The concept of restructuring and carrying out institutional reforms in the sector of industry on the basis of the multidimensional analysis of financial and economic activity of "Chernomorneftegas" corporate enterprise by a way of institutional modernization of the system of state regulation of fuel and energy branch of Autonomous republic of the Crimea is offered, that allows to provide inter-branch and regional cooperation of production. The regional socially economic model, which is taking into account an accumulated fund trust creation is developed and proved. Concrete recommendations on management optimization by local authorities are given in a view of social interests of administrative territories
