Essay

The dissertation contains the theoretical-experimental results on problem of the formation the language competence of the third forms pupils with the MPD, which was worked out on the base of social-phychological training during the studing of English, and the comparative analysis with this competence formation of the second forms pupils with the normal psyho-physical development of the secondary schods. The essence of the psyhology-pedagogical persuasions of the children's with the mental progress delaying formation the language competence during the studing of English is elucidated, its structural components (emotional, gnostical and konatational) are determined and studied.
