Subject of research - patients with reactive urogenital arthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis with the affection of kidneys; aim- the improvement of diagnostics quality and treatment of nephropathy in patients with reactive urogenital arthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, the determination of links of its pathogenesis; methods - clinical, laboratory, bacterioscopic, radiological, radioisotopic, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, biochemical, radioimmune, frequency and the character of nephropathy in patients with reactive urogenital arthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis have been determined by results of biochemical, physics- chemical and immunoenzymatic researches of urine for the first time, the morphological changes of renal structures, corresponding to the sample of mesangial glomerulonephritis with tubulointerstitial component have been established, a dicrease of secretory - excretory renal function and hemodynamic impairment in patients with reactive urogenital arthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis have been revealed during laboratory (electrolytexcretory parametres) and instrumental (radiorenographic study) researches, the role of immune disorders, proinflammantory cytokines and prostaglandines in nephropathy's pathogenesis has been proved; results- the medical technology of diagnostics and treatment of nephropathy in patients with reactive urogenital arthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis has been devised, it has allowed to increase a quality of early diagnostics of renal pathology, to pick out the prognostic criteria of effective treatment, to offer polyenzymatic formulas as drugs; it has been introduce in practice of therapeutic-preventive departments of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, Poltava, and as well in teaching process in Donetsk and Lugansk Medical Universities; sphere of using- medical-diagnostic process of rheumatological, nephrological and therapeutic department, polyclinics.
