Essay

The thesis is devoted to numerical modeling of the accidental oil spills. It was pioneer to use the Lagrangian interacting particles techinque for the computation of buoyancy and surface tension forces in the oil spill problem. Application examples of the given model for Black Sea region and Dniepro-Bug estuary were given.
