Essay

The comparative study of chromatin structure of thymocytes under the action of X-radiation in a doze of 4,5 Gy and 0,1 mM hydrogen peroxide was carried out. The differences in the character and dynamics of chromatin structure injury are demonstrated. Addition of mitochondria and postmitochondrial supernatant, isolated at differences stages after the action of studied inducers to the cell-free system appeared to induce DNA fragmentation in the nuclei of control thymocytes.
