The leading conceptions of norm in history of philosophy, sociology, linguistics, justice , medicine, biology and other sciences are used. The idea of hermeneutic potential of norm and "normative hermeneutics" are regarded as methods of investigation of the extralinguistic and non-formalized layers of scientific cognition.
