Piezomagnetic transducers of number of turns of working mechanisms billows. The improvement of descriptions of piezomagnetic transducers and creation on their basis of competitive models of such samples is the purpose. The methods of automatic control theory, electromechanical analogies are the research methods. The models of piezomagnetic transducers are built and explored. The analytical expressions for the calculation of diameter of cylinder and width of rectangular magnets are got. The methods of increase of their initial signal level, exactness, hindrance stability, extension of range of number of turns measuring are developed. The systems of technological process control, air-, machine- and motor industry are the sphere of the use.
