The problems of activization of structural shifts and increase of efficiency of industrial production by use of the leasing mechanism of technical reequipment of the certain areas of the industry were solved in dissertation. It was specified essence of economic category "innovative leasing" which adequately displays essence of process of leasing operations in sphere of industrial innovations. It was specified essence of leasing as economic regulator of innovative development of the industry. The technique of an estimation of efficiency of innovative leasing which takes into account interests of all subjects of agreement. The design procedure of leasing payments was advanced in view of inflation and demand for leasing services in Ukraine. The system of actions on decrease in cumulative leasing risk was proved. The organizational-economic mechanism of application of innovative leasing in the industry was developed.
