Essay

The present thesis deals with the analysis of the control systems, equipment monitoring methods and technologies of the automation of the gas fuel burning process in the heat station boilers of the industrial enterprises. The regularities of the change of the flue gases were determined in dependence on the makeup of the gas components of the fuel and generating capacity in conditions of providing the optimum functioning of the boilers according to the power efficiency criterion. The catalytic thermal method was substantiated and the technologies for measuring oxygen volumetric content in the flue gases of the boilers were made. The optimization methods for the control system of the aggregate air consumption in the mono- and multifuel boilers of the heat stations were substantiated. New efficient algorithms and SAR aggregate air consumption block diagrams which provide the low apprehensibility to the coordinate and parametric perturbations were elaborated
