Essay

A research object is a technological process of processing coal in pyrolysis gas. A research subject is an automatic control system of technological process of processing coal in pyrolysis gas. There are use of methods of decomposition, state space, prediction of interactions, optimal and neuronal network control in the dissertation. Scientific results: 1) the dynamic mathematical model of a technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas in the state space based on the physicochemical equations has received further development; 2) two-level system of optimum control of a technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas providing in steady conditions a maximum specific output of pyrolysis gas and maintaining of technological parameters of process at a given level is designed for the first time; 3) adjusting neuronal network control components of technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas providing neutralization of nonlinearities, operational changes of parameters and expansion of a gamut of diversions of parameters are designed for the first time; 4) algorithm and structure of a distributed control system of chemical-thermal objects of a this class on the basis of fieldbus technologies of automation, which allow for time responses of the bus and allocation of problems of control between subsystems have received further development. Practical value: the software for model operation of a technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas is designed; the digital control system of a technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas oriented to modern means of automation is created; the program complex for examination of the qualitative performances of a control system and also estimation of influence of time parameters of the bus on performance of a distributed control system of technological process of processing of coal in pyrolysis gas is designed; the sample structure of means for embodying of distributed control systems of objects of this class is offered on the basis of fieldbus technologies. Researches results are used on the Avdeevka cokery, in design-reconnaissance and scientifical research institute "Teploelektroproekt." in Donetsk, in the educational process and science researching work of department "Automatics and telecommunications" in DonNTU. Sphere of usage is automation of chemistry-technological processes of complex thermal processing of coal.
