Essay

The dissertation deals with development of firebioresistance epoxy composites for wooden constructions. The problem is solved with adding dispersed mineral additives and biocide into the epoxy composite. As to its toxicology parameters, the developed epoxy composite belongs to the class of moderately dangerous materials. The developed coatings provide production off timber difficult to burn (Group I) and noncombustible timber (Group II). The index of epoxy polymer potential danger is calculated. The calculations of epoxy polymer fire parameters are made. It is shown that the developed firebioresistance coatings EBZAMO-1 and EBOB correspond to their purpose that is they protect wooden members when fires happen. It is shown that the epoxy composites being investigated are fungiproof and can be used as protective coating for constructive members and structures being subjected to fungi effect. Mathematical dependences of change of properties of epoxy polymers of compositions are definite.The technology instructions and production specifications on EBOB epoxy polymer are developed.
