Object is the sociotechnical system that unites hardware and people collectives. Aim is to develop a mathematical model of the individual psychosocial sphere on the fuzzy logic basis. Novelty - the mathematic model and algorythm of the psychosocial sphere diagnostic on the fuzzy logic basis for the psychodiagnostic decision-making support system in the sociotechnical systems are developed.
