Work concern the development and research of methods of stabilization of quality of forming the internal cavities of gas turbine engine’s cooled blades, in view of contemporary requirements and manufacturing application of investigations” results. On the basis of analytical and experimental researches the reasons of formation of defects in the form of stress cracks are determined and methods of their exception are developed. Mathematical model “structure – properties” a ceramic core, virtual models of a rod and moulds for its pressing taking into account the shrinkage of rod material after its turnout are developed. Predictive and environmentally appropriate technology of removal of rod from ingot is proposed. Engineering documentation and equipment for manufacturing application of procedures are developed.
