Essay

The goal of this thesis is to increase informative efficiency of satellite constellation of remote sensing (RS) space systems. To achieve this goal following problems were solved: the analysis of remote sensing thematic problems and satellite constellations was made; the block diagram of remote sensing satellite constellation system was developed; the main criteria of RS satellite constellations informative efficiency estimation were formed; parametric synthesis technique of RS instrument complex and orbital structure optimization technique for RS satellite constellation with the use of genetic algorithm was developed; on the base of belonging, fitness and closeness criteria for RS space system parameters and thematic problems requirements the efficiency estimation technique of RS instrumental complex and RS space system integrally was improved; the model of RS information assimilation into environmental monitoring was constructed and simulation experiments with this model were made.
