This work is based on the data of examination of pati-ents with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with the purpose of establishment of features of bone tissue changes and ground in the correction method osteodeficite. Osteodeficitice states in SLE have been shown in multivariable analysis to depend on age, menstrual func-tion, duration and degree of activity of disease, immuno-logical status and the extent of endogenic intoxication as well as schemes of administration and daily dosage of glucocorticoids. Calcium and vitamin D3 complex has proved effective for their correction. The application field is clinical medicine. The results have been applied in the practice of medical institutions
