Methods - the system analysis, the economical analysis, the economic-math modeling, math analysis. Novelty - the using of the only complex amortization norm for regulation the fundamental means of reproduction processes is based on the first and the methodical propositions of determination of the only complex amortization norm for enterprises are grounded.
