Object-- process of form and development competitive potential of the enterprise. Goal - working of methodical regulations of measurement, estimation and the analysis of competitiveness of the enterprises of fruit-and-vegetable canning branch. Methods - the system and complex analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstract-logic, modeling. Novelty - for the first time the models of competitive potential and competitiveness of the enterprise are developed and the specific character of measurement, estimation and the analysis of competitiveness of the enterprises of fruit-and-vegetable canning branch of Ukraine are determined. Results - ways of the increasing of food industry enterprises competitiveness of Ukraine are determined. Applied - in practice of food industry enterprises work, in the educational process of ONAFT and OSEU. Branch - management, higher education.
