The dissertation is dedicated to determine factors affecting macroscopic gastric cancer form. It is established that macroscopic features of the gastric cancer is influenced by its histological heterogeneity, secret amount, direction of its secretion, i.e. disorders of cell polar differentiation, amount and characteristics of stroma.
