Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the development of the bases of the correction of temperature measuring sensor static error, caused by the influence of changes in the heat parameters of the medium being investigated and submersion depth of sensor. The experimental study and numerical simulation by the finite elements method of the temperature profiles inside sensor for the varied conditions of operation are researched. The extrapolating formulas for the correction of the temperature of medium using results of measuring the temperature of sensing elements are proposed and investigated, the systematic errors of the correction formulas are determined. The analysis of the influence systematic and random error of measurements into accuracy and stability of the temperature extrapolation is investigated. The simplified method of correction based on the temperature measurements at two points inside sensor used in the medium with constant heat parameters and different not controlled submersion depth is proposed. The optimal regularized extrapolating dependencies are proposed and investigated. The influences of the sensor constructed elements parameters, precision of manufacturing and installation to the accuracy of temperature reconstruction are investigated.
