Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research the problem of psychological-pedagogical system of as-sessment and prevention of learning difficulties in Science by children with communication disability in elementary school. This system will be as the bases for development of principles to increase the effi-ciency of learning Science and formations of a whole Natural-science Picture of the World. The informational four-level model and componental model of cognitive activity structure are synthesized. The levels of educational achievements in Science by children with communication disabil-ity are determined, the particularities and causes of their learning difficulties are revealed. It is proved that learning difficulties in Science by children with communication disability and their difficulties to inte-grate the natural-science knowledge into a whole picture of the world can be efficiency overcoming due to purposeful development an operational constituent of the regulating component of mentality (plans, strategy and tactics of educational-cognitive activity). It based on the gestalt and frame approach to the organization and representations of knowledge and developments of children educational Science abili-ties.
