Oksenenko S. Lipid's content in tissues of rats under action of chlorides of heavy metals and in conditions of prophylactic pentoxyfilline injection

Object of research - lipid's transformation of functionally various organs, blood serum and subcellular fractions of liver cells of rats under action of chlorides of heavy metals and in condition of preventive injection of pentoxyfilline. The purpose of research was the establishment of lipid metabolism answer on action of sublethal dozes of heavy metal's salts and revealing of preventive value of pentoxyfilline. It has been made for the first time. In work were used methods: centrifugation and ultra-centrifugation, thin-layer and gas-liquid chromatographies, photometry, electrophoresis, statistical and analytical methods. By results of research were received two patents, where were stated approaches for estimation of assignment efficiency of pentoxyfilline. It can be used in practice of health protection, and stated results help to deepen our representations about mechanisms of occurrence of occupational diseases and about influence of adverse conditions on quality of life
