The dissertation work is devoted to development of the intel-lectual mechanism of management and integration of the diverse information on the basis of standardized models of knowledge. In modern information systems of document cir-culation there are essential questions related to management of information resources, and tasks of accumulation of knowledge. As statistical methods do not provide the possi-bility of contextual information processing search and analy-sis in information sources are considerably complicated. The solution to these questions completely depends on the possi-bility to carry out semantic analysis and information analysis. Necessity to take a context into account has caused a problem of creation of new ways of intellectual data processing, in particular creation of new mechanism of the information re-sources analysis based on ontological principles. Necessity of creation of this mechanism explains the urgency of research in this area.
