Essay

The dissertation contains the research results of investigation structural, micro-structural and physi-cal properties of d-Bi2O3 films, received by reactive sputtering evaporation. There were done the ex-perimental investigations of the surface microstructure by the optical microscope, tempera-ture stability of disintegration metastable phases of films, dielectric spectra, X-ray, electron-optical and electron-ray. The analytical expression allowing to describe dielectric spectra and to define parame-ters, describing electro-physical processes in films d-Bi2O3 is deduced. The analysis of all received results allows assuming, that the stabilization of a high-temperature d-phase Bi2O3 at low tempera-tures is possible due to the small size crystallites and presence of an amorphous phase layer around them and allows to assume, that as electrons, such ions of oxygen take part in the conductivity.
