Dudin O. The justification of parameters of the chain conveyor with the rectilinear load zone.

The thesis deals with problems of the scientific researches directed on the heightening to efficiency of process of loading of the chain conveyor by the loose material by the way introduction to a zone of loading of a rectilinear site of driving of end-effectors. The contact model of interaction of the loose material with end-effectors of the conveyor on the foundation of a solution of a contact task of the Hertz is used. Are developed the fundamentals of projection of the chain conveyor with the rectilinear site of loading. The analytical dependences for definition technological and design parameters of the conveyor are deduced. Theoretically and experimentally design-engineering parameters of the chain conveyor are justified. The optimum step between scrapers from the condition of deriving of the maximal filling of the chute by the loose material is defined. The problem of theoretical exposition of process of loading of the loose weight is decided. The basic principles of constructing of similar chain conveyors are formulated and on their basis the technique of account of the basic parameters and modes of operations is offered.
