The ionizing radiation effect on reparative osteogenesis as well as complex treatment of long bone fractures of patients living in the zone of radioactive contamination are considered in the thesis. The paper gives experimental data of incorporated 90Sr elimination by faces and urine from experimental animal. The influence of Sunamol-L containing Calcium on the process of elimination has been shown. Progressive depression of radiated tissue metabolism, both depression and slowing down of the reparative regeneration of bone tissue as well as depression of myelocytative blood formation have been considered. Experimental and clinical researches allowed to mark out the patients use the given scheme for complex treatment
